Every Barefoot & Bold product is crafted with care, intention, and respect for the plants, the process, and you. Because of the personal and small-batch nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

That said, your experience matters deeply to me.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at barefootandbold@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right. To process a replacement, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the damage

• Clear photos of the product

• Clear photos of the packaging it arrived in

These photos help document the issue and allow me to send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

Once approved, a replacement of the same item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Barefoot & Bold is not responsible for damage reported after 48 hours of delivery or for damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use after arrival.
